To Join a Zoom meeting, open Zoom App. Originator must send you Meeting ID & Passcode.   Select Join a Meeting  Enter the Meeting ID (Originator must send you Meeting ID & Passcode). Once you enter the information, the Join button will turn blue. Press Join. If prompted for passcode, enter the information. This was sent by originator’s zoom invite. Then click Join Meeting. Select Join with Computer Audio when the option appears.  

To share your screen, click the Green Arrow Select the screen you want to share and then click Share at the bottom of the screen. To stop sharing, click the Stop sharing at the top of the screen.

On any device, navigate to https://zoom.us/share. Enter the Meeting ID and click Share Screen. Device will need to install the Zoom App. If your device already has Zoom App, click Join Meeting. Enter the Passcode. To share screen, on the device, scroll over to Share and select Screen.     Select Start Broadcast. Please read info at the top of the screen before sharing. When finished, click Stop Sharing.
