Submit Ticket Online Access FreshService portal through icon on any NFD desktop or by going to https://novatofiredistrict.freshservice.com. Select login at the top right side of the screen. Select “Sign in with SSO”. This method uses your computer login to sign you into the new FreshService HelpDesk Portal. Click on Report an issue. Issue related to: Select IT, Facilities or Communications. Station: Select the Station that is having issues. Requester: Keep as your email. Subject: Brief description of the problem you are encountering (i.e., computer slow, broken window, radio not working, etc.). Urgency: All tickets are submitted as Low Urgency. If this is affecting multiple users, change to Medium or High. Description: Provide as much information as you can. Identify computer name, apparatus ID, and explain what the issue is. Attach File: If you have a picture to attach, click Attach file. Attach relevant screenshots or video. Click Submit. Submit: Once you submit the ticket, you will receive an email from the new HelpDesk system (FreshService) and a technician will be assigned.
